"Staff were okay, just a bit rushed"
The staff were friendly enough, friendly enough, but a few of them did seem like they were in a hurry. Not rude or anything, just a little rushed.

"Creepy vibe, but not no fun at all"
The atmosphere was super creepy in a good way, and the whole setup was really fun. The theming wasn’t nothing special either, it actually pulled me in and made the experience feel awesome.

"Properly Scary Night Out"
Went along with a few mates it got me more than once. The jump scares were spot on and the whole place had a creepy vibe from the minute we walked in. I don’t scare easily, but I’ll admit it had me shouting a couple of times. Easy 5 stars for the scare factor.

"Fine for the price, I guess"
It was an okay experience overall. Some parts were genuinely fun, and I’m not saying it was a waste of money or anything, but it did feel a little short for what we paid. The staff was nice enough, and booking was easy, so at least there’s that. I wouldn’t call it bad, but if you’re on a budget, I’d maybe think twice before expecting amazing value.

"The actors totally sold it"
I went to Fear Factory with a few friends, i had a feeling early on that the actors were going to make the whole night. They were so locked in the entire time, and every time I thought I knew where a scare was coming from, they got us anyway.
Some of the moments felt really close and intense, but not in a way that crossed the line, which I appreciated. You could just tell they were into it, and that energy made it way more fun. I left feeling like, yep, I’d definitely go back.
